What is MONARORA's return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For Australian orders, returns are free of charge. For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact us at monarorajewelry@gmail.com to start the process. Please note, returns must be shipped back within 14 days of issuing the return request.
Do you offer free shipping on all orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders that include more than two items, regardless of location.
How do I care for my MONARORA jewelry?
- Precious pieces should avoid contact with chemical products such as strong sulfuric acid (perfume, skincare products, detergents).
- Try to avoid contact with quartz friction with other high-strength items to keep the product dry
- Even though the pieces are waterproof, we recommend keeping your jewelry dry at all times and avoiding wearing it while showering. This will help preserve its longevity and maintain its original shine.
- Gently wipe the item with a soft cloth after use.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel or update your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Simply contact us at monarorajewelry@gmail.com to request a cancellation or update your order details. Please note, MONARORA reserves the right to cancel orders due to unauthorized or improper use of payment methods, or in the case of system errors or other unforeseen issues.

Yes, MONARORA offers international shipping! We charge a flat rate of $14.99 for all international orders. Plus, we offer free shipping on orders that include more than two items, no matter where you’re located.
